Pinnacle Fine Foods is a vertically integrated agribusiness with operations across New South Wales, Tasmania, and Queensland. We manage our own farms, orchards, and vineyards, producing premium Wagyu and Angus beef, Tasmanian apples and cherries, and cool-climate wines for both domestic and international markets.
As our business continues to expand, we are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Support & Client Relations Executive to join our Sydney-based team. This role bridges internal coordination and external communication, focusing on export sales operations, customer support, and seasonal client engagement. You will be working alongside a junior sales assistant who handles basic order entry and daily tasks, while you take ownership of higher-level coordination and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for domestic and international clients, especially in Asia, ensuring smooth communication and timely issue resolution;
Coordinate export orders, including preparation and review of shipping documentation (invoice, packing list, COO, health certificates, etc.);
Collaborate with internal logistics, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods;
Support customer visits and relationship building, particularly during the cherry season and other key sales periods;
Supervise and guide junior support staff in sales administration, documentation, and system data entry;
Compile sales data and customer feedback to support reporting and strategy improvements;
Participate in trade shows, brand promotions, and new market research as required.
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 3 years of experience in export sales coordination, customer service, or sales operations, preferably in the food or agribusiness industry;
Solid understanding of international trade, export documentation, and cold chain logistics;
Previous experience in logistics coordination or freight forwarding will be highly regarded;
Bilingual in English and Mandarin with strong written and verbal communication skills;
Highly organized, responsible, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously;
Experience in beef, fresh produce, or wine sectors is a strong plus;
Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits and participate in on-site work during peak seasons.
