About the Role

Due to growth, an Internal Project Coordinator & Sales Support role has become available. This is a full-time, office-based position ideal for someone with experience in architecture, interiors, lighting, or design-driven sales/admin environments.

You'll be the crucial link between the sales team, clients, and the delivery of high-profile lighting projects.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare quotes from architectural plans and drawings

Liaise with interior designers, architects, and wholesale partners

Coordinate project documentation, contracts, and CRM updates

Manage calendar bookings and internal sales reporting

Be the first point of contact for inbound client enquiries

Support project delivery from initial brief through to handover

What We're Looking For

You do not need lighting experience - but you must have experience in a design, specification, or architectural product environment.

We're open to candidates from:

Furniture | Lighting | Bathroom/Kitchen | Textiles | Showroom-based interiors

Sales Coordination | Project Admin | Internal Sales

You'll also need:

High attention to detail and polished communication skills

Proactive mindset and confidence working with plans/drawings

Team-first attitude and an interest in design-led products
