PRODUCTION OPERATOR – BLENDER

Our client located in St Marys NSW are market leaders in service excellence and quality cleaning product solutions and have been servicing industry since 1987.

About the Role:

As a Production Operator, you'll be the backbone of the powder mixing operations, ensuring precision and consistency in every batch. You'll work closely with the production supervisor to uphold our stringent quality standards and keep operations humming along smoothly.

Hours 7:30am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday (38 hours + 2 hours Overtime)

Key Responsibilities:

· Accurately weigh, measure, and blend raw materials for laundry powder production.

· Operate blending and mixing equipment safely and efficiently.

· Follow strict instructions, Safety Operating Procedures, and safety guidelines.

· Clean and maintain blending machinery and work areas.

· Collaborate with the quality control team to troubleshoot issues.

· Maintain batch records.

· Learn Safe Dangerous Goods handling procedures.

· Use PPE provided at all times.

What We're Looking For:

· Willing to learn how to do powder mixing.

· Ability to read instructions.

· Solid understanding of workplace safety.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.

· Physical fitness: for manual handling.

· Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential).

· Candidates must have full working rights or unlimited working restrictions.
