We’re hiring a Production Chef to join our team at Kosta’s Takeaway!

We are looking for a passionate foodie to join our team within Kostas. Set within a contemporary and accessible brand, this role would suit someone with a genuine passion to create foods that is delicious and exciting. You will be responsible for managing the production kitchen and contributing to a smooth running of our store delivery program.

This awesome opportunity would suit an aspirational and driven individual striving to further develop their knowledge and skills.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role based in our prep kitchen in Rosebery. You’ll be responsible for preparing all our base recipes and mise en place that gets delivered daily to 5+ Kosta’s stores across Sydney.

You’ll need:

- 3+ years’ experience in a commercial kitchen

- Confidence scaling and batching recipes to a consistent standard

- Solid understanding of food safety + prep kitchen systems

- Reliable, efficient, organised

- Great communication, a good sense of urgency, and solid attention to detail
