Your day-to-day impact

Prepare regulatory reports and filings on time—every time.

Own advanced onboarding & platform escalations (second-line KYC/PEP reviews, tricky tech issues).

Automate workflows with Python/SQL/Excel macros; publish crystal-clear SOPs.

Draft promotion T&Cs and maintain sales commissions and sales-performance trackers.

Coach newcomers and cover routine sign-offs when the Ops Manager is away.

Tackle any additional duties the company requires—you’re our go-to fixer.

What you bring

Fluent English and Mandarin for cross-border client support and dual-language docs.

1 – 3 yrs FX/CFD middle- or back-office experience.

MT4/5 admin know-how; solid regulatory client-money knowledge.

Advanced Excel; basic Python or SQL skills.
