Position Overview:

As the Operations Manager, you will oversee a team of technicians, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Reporting directly to the Director, you will manage a variety of administrative and operational functions, including scheduling, resource allocation, customer communication, invoicing, and quality control. This is a hands-on role that demands strong leadership, operational expertise, and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail to maintain accuracy in workflow. Key Responsibilities:
