About Us
Based in Keysborough, this manufacturing business employs 20 staff across office, factory, and installation teams, delivering end-to-end commercial window and door solutions to the building and construction industry throughout Melbourne.

As an Operations Manager, you will oversee and manage commercial projects from inception to completion, supported by an Administrative Assistant to handle day-to-day administrative tasks. The role involves coordinating all aspects of manufacturing and installation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Tasks & Responsibilities
• Manage projects efficiently to meet budget and timeline requirements
• Conduct regular site observations and provide updates during and after installation
• Coordinate design requirements with builders and drafters for seamless project delivery
• Liaise with clients, site managers, installers, and factory staff
• Prepare estimates, research products and pricing, and schedule equipment deliveries
• Ensure accuracy in schedules and shop drawings, promptly resolving discrepancies

Experience & Qualifications
• Proven experience in operations management with strong commercial knowledge
• In-depth understanding of window and door manufacturing processes
• Technical expertise in measuring and installation, with strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated leadership and effective communication skills
• Proficient in V6 software and related tools

They are seeking someone with the drive, energy, and focus to excel in a window and door Operations Management role. Candidates with a trade, service, sales, or manufacturing background in windows and doors will be highly regarded.
