About you
We are looking for someone with:
Previous experience in a finance operations or mortgage and finance broking management role.
Strong understanding of lending processes, products, and compliance requirements.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Proficient in using loan origination systems and CRM platforms.
High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
About the role
As a Finance Operations Manager at Highview you will:
Oversee Operational Management- oversee full client workflow from start to finish, co ordinating the allocation of files, monitor loan progress, maintaining and optimising CRM, developing and implementing operational processes.
Compliance Risk Management - ensuring all compliance and regulatory requirements are met, conduct file audits and maintain policies and procedures.
Team Leadership and Support - provide leadership and support, onboard and mentor team members, facilitate and contribute to team meetings, performance meetings and improvement discussions.
Financial and Strategic Support - assist with the operational reports, including performance metrics, conversion rates and settlements, identify system improvements and work with the team to improve processes and efficiencies.
Client & Stakeholder Management - Ensure consistent delivery of positive client experience, act as a point of escalation for clients, brokers and lenders, promote best practice standards in clients services, compliance and file management.
