About the Role
As the Office & Compliance Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting our commitment to best practice and regulatory compliance. From maintaining office systems to overseeing audits, you’ll be at the heart of our organisation’s efficiency and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations, systems, and administration
Coordinate compliance activities including policy updates, audits, risk management, and reporting
Ensure adherence to relevant industry regulations and internal governance frameworks
Support HR and finance processes such as onboarding, record-keeping, and contracts
Maintain registers and documentation relating to WHS, insurances, and accreditation
Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, suppliers, and regulators
About You
Proven experience in office management, compliance, or business operations
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and governance frameworks
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
Great communicator and relationship builder
Comfortable managing confidential and sensitive information
