Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio of residential properties across the Highlands
• Handle leasing, maintenance requests, inspections, and lease renewals
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Keep accurate records using property management software
• Stay up to date with compliance and relevant legislation

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in property management
• Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Agent (Real Estate – Sales or Leasing)
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
• Organised, reliable, and confident working independently
• A valid driver’s licence and your own reliable vehicle
