We are driven by passion, precision, and innovation, and our team comprises talented professionals from around the world. We are now seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our ever-growing team.
What We’re Looking For:
Full Australian working rights
Fluent English communication skills
Formal cookery qualification (minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery)
And/or 1-3 years of experience in a fine-dining kitchen
Strong knowledge and passion for Italian cuisine
Key Responsibilities:
Execute high-quality food preparation and presentation in line with Ormeggio’s standards
Assist with menu planning, recipe development, and tastings
Train and guide junior team members
Uphold portion control and minimise waste
Maintain food hygiene and safety practices
Collaborate with the team on new dishes and seasonal changes
What We Offer:
Competitive salary: $75,000–$80,000 + super
