About the role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Fulfillment and Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at minnie + Maxxie. This full-time role will be based in Milton, QLD and will play a pivotal part in ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for our customers. As an integral member of our team, you will oversee all aspects of our ecommerce fulfillment operations and customer service functions.

What you'll be doing

Manage and optimise our ecommerce fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery

Lead and work with a small team of fulfillment staff to ensure speed and accuracy of order processing.

Continuously monitor and analyse fulfillment and customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement

Maintain inventory management systems to ensure product availability and minimise overselling

Identify and troubleshoot any operational issues, implementing effective solutions in a timely manner

Provide regular reporting and recommendations to senior leadership on key performance indicators and strategic priorities

What we're looking for

Significant experience (2+ years) in ecommerce fulfillment and customer service role, ideally within the retail or consumer products industry

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions

Familiarity with inventory management systems, shipping carriers and Shopify.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with senior management.

Physically fit, hard working and motivated. This is a very busy role and requires energy and physical fitness
