This is an outstanding opportunity to join a well-established Australian business working across both the local and New Zealand markets.

With a loyal customer base and trusted product range, they are now looking for a capable allrounder to step into their Sales & Service role where you will join a lovely, down to earth team.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you will be the first point of call for customers. You will touch everything from assisting with pricing updates to warranty coordination, customer service, sales admin and stock support. If you’re great on the phones, confident with spreadsheets and love having ownership over your work – this could be the perfect long-term opportunity!

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Answering phone calls or email enquiries in relation to stock availability, tracking numbers, backorder times, product information, warranty procedures, take orders etc
• Processing of invoices for payment, credit notes and orders for Sales Rep
• Manage customer account details in Attache (data entry)
• Receive new customer account requests, check details, trade references & enter into database
• Maintain various spreadsheets including warranty returns, price lists, customer backorder reports, etc
• Dispatch invoice orders through 3PL warehouse
• Monitor stationary supplies and order as necessary
• Prepare ad hoc reports for management as requested
• Take customer payments via eftpos
• Filing

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in customer service/administration - love a varied "all rounder" type role!
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail - both when taking messages and with Data Entry
• Team Player attitude
• Good general usage in Office 365/Word, Excel and Outlook
• Looking for longevity in your next role!
