WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
* Build strong customer relationships and deliver outstanding service
* Resolve issues and support process and procedural improvements
* Manage bookings, documentation, customs reporting, and invoicing
* Assist in developing and implementing customer service strategy
* Ensure compliance with local Customs and IATA regulations

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE
* Minimum 1 year of Export/Import freight forwarding experience
* Strong working relationships across departments
* Proficient in various systems and adaptable to new technologies
* Solid general knowledge of shipping and logistics
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels
