The Organisation:
Private sector business with multi-billion-dollar operations.

The Role:
You will be working as part of an embedded finance team which strives to achieve strong business partnerships with the organisation’s business lines. You are a direct conduit between the CFO unit and line areas. Your role is to drive cohesion and support the line areas with all aspects of finance. This includes:

• Management of project budgets and forecasts
• Provide financial reporting, variance analysis and attend face-to-face meetings with internal clients
• Drive performance and financial understanding across the business
• Provide financial advice and analytical support to senior execs
• Financially support project managers with the delivery of their projects

This will be offered as a permanent position with a competitive salary. They have business operations in Sydney and Canberra and are happy to have you located in either city, or a hybrid model. The salary on offer is $130k to $140k + super.

Your Skills and Experience:
You have worked in a management accounting or finance business partner role at a senior level previously. You must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, and the ability to develop business relationships.

You must also be able demonstrate experience of coordinating and delivering monthly management reporting packs and providing analysis and advice related to this.

You must be at least an Australian Citizen to be considered for this role.
