Lumos Advisory is on the lookout for a Bookkeeper Assistant to support our growing Ballina team. If you love working with numbers, helping clients, and keeping things organised, this could be the perfect role for you!

What You'll Be Doing:

Training clients on how to use Xero effectively

Assisting with Xero file setups

General administration & email management

Reviewing client BAS to ensure correct GST allocation

Handling client queries via email and phone

Assisting clients with Xero troubleshooting

Supporting the bookkeeping team with other tasks as required

What We're Looking For:

Experience in working in an accounting practice or in bookkeeping

Xero knowledge (or a willingness to learn!)

Excellent communication & problem-solving skills

A keen eye for detail and ability to stay organised

Someone who enjoys helping clients and making their lives easier
