Hours: 1 day per week (flexible weekday)

We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking flexible work while making a meaningful contribution to a growing business.

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform weekly bank reconciliations

Manage accounts payable and receivable

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

Assist with monthly reporting and budgeting support

Liaise with the accountant and respond to queries as needed

Ensure compliance with ATO requirements and financial best practices

Assist with project management and general administrative tasks as required

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in bookkeeping (preferably in Xero)

Solid understanding of accounting principles and Australian tax requirements

High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Relevant qualifications in bookkeeping or accounting are desirable
