Scaffold Supervisor & Sales Rep.

We’re on the hunt for a hands-on Scaffold Supervisor who also knows how to talk the talk. If you’ve got experience running crews AND the confidence to win work and build strong client relationships, this role’s for you.

You’ll be working across Melbourne and surrounding suburbs running scaffold jobs, keeping sites safe and up to standard, and bringing in new work through quoting and relationship building.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Running scaffold teams onsite and keeping jobs on track

Doing scaffold inspections and making sure we’re ticking all the safety boxes

Talking with site managers, builders, and clients to keep things smooth

Chasing new jobs—cold calling, dropping into sites, building solid contacts

Quoting work, sending proposals, and helping close deals

Logging jobs and sales activity—computer skills essential

Working closely with the team to keep clients happy and sites humming

What We’re Looking For:

Solid experience in scaffolding (supervisor level preferred)

Scaffold ticket (Basic, Intermediate or Advanced) + White Card

Knows how to run a team AND isn’t afraid to pick up the phone

Clear communicator who’s good with clients and tradies alike

Can handle quoting, contracts, and finding new work

Comfortable with emails, computer skills, scheduling, and Autocad.

Reliable, motivated, and ready to take charge
