Site Supervisor (Step-Up Role) — Commercial Construction

We’re looking for someone who’s ready to take the next step — from tools, theory or junior roles — into site supervision.

FACE is a small, growing commercial builder doing things differently. You’ll get direct access to the directors, mentoring, and a guaranteed path to registration as a Builder for the right person. No red tape, no BS, just real support and meaningful work.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assisting with and leading site supervision across quality commercial builds

Working closely with the Project Manager and Director

Helping coordinate trades, safety, timelines and quality

Building your skills — with the goal of stepping up into a full Site Manager/Builder role

What You’ll Get:

$115K–$145K package depending on experience, hours and progression

This includes base pay, OT, super + a fuel card

About You:

Carpentry, construction management or engineering background
