About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead site-based operations across multiple project locations. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day execution, quality outcomes, and a strong safety culture. Based in Bayswater, you will manage project delivery, subcontractors, and site teams, travelling as needed to support works interstate.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution

Oversee site setup and assist the Project Manager to manage project schedules across various states

Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to maintain smooth site operations

Track project progress and site productivity; report milestones and variances

Raise and document project variations as necessary

Lead and/or coordinate:

Pre-start documentation and site inductions

Quality control inspections throughout the project lifecycle

Final inspections ensuring handover readiness

Ensure the finished product aligns with client expectations and contractual standards

Health & Safety Compliance

Ensure strict adherence to OH&S regulations and internal safety protocols

Conduct toolbox talks, site inductions as needed, and regular safety inspections

Identify and act on hazards or incidents promptly to maintain a safe workplace

Team Leadership

Supervise, motivate, and support site crews

Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and quality workmanship

Administration & Reporting

Complete and submit monthly warehouse stocktakes

Conduct monthly OH&S audits in the warehouse

Manage timely communication and email follow-ups with key stakeholders

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records in ProCore for billing and documentation purposes

Skills & Experience

Essential

Proven experience as a Site Foreman or Site Supervisor in construction or flooring industries

Deep understanding of polished concrete applications, materials, and timelines

Strong working knowledge of OH&S legislation and practical site compliance

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Proficient in project scheduling tools and platforms including ProCore and Microsoft Office

Current Forklift Licence and Heavy Rigid Licence

Desirable

Trade qualifications in concreting or general construction

Current First Aid Certificate and White Card

Experience managing multiple sites or projects concurrently
