We are seeking a reliable and experienced Scaffold Labour Supervisor/Manager to join our dynamic team.

About the Role:

This hands-on leadership position involves managing scaffold labour teams, coordinating with site staff, and ensuring all work is completed to safety and quality standards. You will also be responsible for conducting regular site inspections and overseeing scaffold compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate scaffold labour crews onsite

Liaise with site managers, builders, and clients to meet project demands

Allocate tasks, manage daily work schedules, and ensure deadlines are met

Conduct job site inspections and scaffold compliance checks in line with relevant safety regulations

Perform and document onsite scaffold inspections for regulatory compliance

Maintain high safety standards and ensure adherence to OH&S protocols

Complete reports and documentation using basic computer software (email, scheduling, etc.)

Communicate effectively with upper management and field teams

Skills & Requirements:

Proven experience in scaffolding and team supervision

Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills

White Card and appropriate scaffolding tickets (Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced)

Solid understanding of scaffold compliance and regulatory inspection requirements

Competent in using computers for scheduling, reporting, and communication

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
