We are now on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join our growing team.

About the Role
This is not just a pick-packing job. While some daily pick-packing is required, this position goes far beyond that.

We're seeking someone with hands-on warehouse experience, who is confident receiving and processing inventory, maintaining stock accuracy, fulfilling online orders, and ensuring the warehouse is running smoothly day-to-day.

This role reports directly to our Operations/Admin Manager and plays a key part in keeping our warehouse efficient, tidy, and organised.

No people management responsibilities are required—but we do need someone who takes ownership of their role and works well alongside our small warehouse team. Must be self motivated and detail oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and process incoming stock

Operate a forklift (LF licence required) to move inventory

Pick, pack, and dispatch daily eCommerce orders

Maintain stock accuracy and conduct regular stocktakes

Use warehouse management systems to update orders and inventory

Organise warehouse layout and maintain a clean, efficient workspace

Support continuous improvement of warehouse processes

Arrange replacement parts as required and QC products as requested

About You:

Valid forklift licence (LF)

Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Reliable, proactive and able to work independently

Comfortable using inventory/order management software

Positive attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed

Able to work well within a small, fast-paced team
