As we continue to grow, we’re excited to offer a newly created role for a capable and proactive Warehouse Administration Assistant to join our operations team.
About the Role
You’ll be the key administrative support for the Operations Manager and warehouse team, playing a vital role in keeping things running smoothly day to day. From client onboarding to creating forms, coordinating bookings, and managing warehouse systems, you’ll be across it all.

Key Responsibilities
Handle staff and client inductions; update online inductions as required
Set up clients in WMS and provide training to clients/staff
Create signage, forms, procedures, and documentation under direction
Manage office and warehouse supply orders (stationery, cleaning, etc.)
Assist with developing OH&S procedures under direction
Coordinate warehouse cleaning with cleaners
Enter purchase and sales orders in WMS
Answer inbound calls, divert or action as required
Handle walk-ins, sign-ups, and incoming sales enquiries
Label incoming stock and book transport/labour hire
Prepare driver run sheets and assist with daily logistics
Set up access codes in security systems
Communicate rules to new clients and onboard new storage clients
Arrange and track staff training
Liaise with external contractors and transport providers
Take and distribute minutes for toolbox meetings
What You’ll Bring
Strong administration skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
Excellent communication skills and professional phone manner
Confidence working independently and under direction
Great attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively
Good computer skills (MS Office, Google Drive)
Knowledge of Carton Cloud and warehouse systems is a bonus
Experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is an advantage
Forklift licence is helpful but not required
Flexible working hours can be offered to the right person
