This isn’t your average admin job. You’ll be a key player behind the scenes, supporting customer orders, warehouse movements, and internal sales processes in a busy, friendly, and fast-moving environment. You’ll work closely with our sales, operations, warehouse, and service teams — making a real impact every day.

About the Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for walk-in customers and inbound calls. You’ll help direct enquiries, support the sales and service team, and keep the front of house running smoothly.

Your day will include:

Processing customer orders received via phone and email

Answering and following up on customer enquiries

Supporting the internal sales team with order updates and information

Coordinating warehouse stock transfers and stocktakes

Maintaining accurate records across systems

Ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination across teams

No two days will be the same — this is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives on variety and fast pace.

What We’re Looking For

2–3 years of experience in admin, logistics, or customer service

Confident using computers and comfortable learning new systems

Clear and professional phone and email communication

Highly organised, attention to detail and great time management

Able to stay calm and prioritise in a fast-paced environment

Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to help where needed
