Key Responsibilities:

Receiving, storing and dispatching units and spare parts

Loading trailers with required materials for upcoming jobs

Managing inventory levels and organising stock returns/credits

Overseeing warehouse waste disposal and recycling (scrap metal, cardboard, etc.)

Conducting monthly stocktakes and ensuring accurate inventory records

Coordinating servicing of company vehicles

Assisting field staff by delivering urgent parts or materials as needed

Maintaining general cleanliness and upkeep of the warehouse and outdoor areas

Keeping the fridge stocked (yes, this is a real task – priorities!)

What we need from you:

Proven experience in warehouse coordination, inventory, or a similar role

Strong organisational skills and solid attention to detail

Physically capable of lifting and managing warehouse goods

Forklift licence and current driver’s licence

Tech-savvy enough to use inventory and job management systems

Great communication skills and a team player

Positive, practical, and motivated with a strong work ethic

Can follow systems and processes – and suggest improvements, too
