Join Paintaway, a proudly family-owned business serving the Automotive, Household, Industrial, and Marine paint sectors. We’re looking for a Branch Manager (or an experienced Assistant Manager ready to step up) for our Dandenong location.

Key responsibilities:

• Mixing and tinting paint to precise customer and trade specs
• Helping clients with colour matching for cars, walls, homes, and commercial projects
• Serving walk-in retail customers and trade accounts (including some field service)
• Managing inventory, stock control, and ordering
• Processing sales and quotes
• Maintaining a clean and organised store
• Occasional heavy lifting (this is a physical role)

You’ll need:

• Proven experience tinting and mixing paint (Auto, House, or Industrial preferred)
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional approach
• A full driver’s licence
• Physically fit and capable of lifting paint drums and stock
• Basic computer and POS skills
• Self-motivated, well-presented, and reliable
