About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a Service Manager to join our Warrnambool branch to provide exceptional service to all our customers.

You will be responsible for:

Develop, communicate and monitors effective Service Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction

Co ordinate service warranty and Product Improvement Program claims

Schedule and assign jobs and work areas to employees in the Service Department according to their skills and knowledge

Review work orders for completeness and accuracy before customer billing

Ensures all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles are working well

Preparing quotes

Working with customers at the counter and over the phone.

About you:

Service Department or mechanical background advantageous

Passion for customer service & for the agricultural/construction industry

Ability to multi-task & adapt to constant changes

Strong organising & co ordination skills

Competent computer skills

Current drivers licence
