About the Role

As our business continues to grow and expand we're on the lookout for a full-time Retail Manager of Workshop Operations. This pivotal role ensures the smooth running of our workshop operations, seeing to it that every job is executed promptly and to the pinnacle of quality, guaranteeing unparalleled customer satisfaction.

Your daily duties would include but not be limited to:

Managing a team of retail workshop staff ensuring high performance and skills development.

Assisting with recruitment for the retail workshop staff.

Be the conduit between the sales & workshop teams to ensure two way dialogue to ensure customer order and requests are fulfilled correctly.

Oversee the daily workflow to ensure timely completion of workshop jobs and the provision of goods at a high standard.

Spearhead the operations of our wheel works division, helping the business to grow and scale.

Manage inbound stock ordering and warehousing to ensure accuracy and minimise loss.

Co-ordinate outbound customer orders ensuring correct and timely fulfilment.

Advising customers on the best products for their needs and relevant uses.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring worksafe practices and ongoing maintenance of tools and equipment.

About You

Along with a strong work ethic and previous experience in a similar role you'll have/be:

A seasoned leader with a knack for optimizing team performance.

A diploma or higher qualifications and/or a minimum of three years relevant experience running retail operations, with workshop experience preferable.

Autonomous with a quality and target-driven mindset.

An unwavering commitment to excellent customer service.

A deep-seated passion for cars, especially classic, and old school.

Sharp problem-solving acumen and excellent communication skills.

A valid driver's license

Forklift license (preferable)

Full Australian working rights or permanent residency
