Production Supervisor
$80k–$85k + Super

Monday - Friday, 38 Hour Week (Flexible Hours)

Join a market leading Western Australian manufacturer with over 50 years in operation. As our client expands, you’ll step into a key leadership role shaping production outcomes, enhancing team performance, and driving improvement.

Job Duties:
This role will see you coordinating a team of 20 warehouse staff in a fast-paced environment, completing duties including:

• Overseeing daily warehouse production operations.
• Managing inventory, inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Updating paperwork and documentation on orders.
• Operating the forklift and loading / unloading trucks.
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.

Requirements:

• Previous leadership experience – ideally in the manufacturing or construction industry or similar.
• Good computer literacy and organisational skills.
• Hold a current driver’s license and have a reliable vehicle.
• Full Australian Working Rights.
