Cornerstone HR are looking for a Team Leader/ Supervisor, for Market Leader in Food Production to support daily Production operations, including, meeting production targets, QA, and supervising a team. This hands-on role works closely with the Department and Warehouse Managers to ensure smooth operations and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Using lean manufacturing principals actively focus on plant operation to meet or exceed line efficiency and performance targets.

Promotes and actively supports all continuous improvement programs

Ensure compliance with all relevant food and weights & measures standards

Ensures the Company's quality standards is implemented and monitored to meet legislative, industry and best practice standards.

Leading a team between 6-12- Sets clear expectations for team (production, process control and maintenance fitters), provide appropriate resources to get the job done, monitors progress and takes remedial action when required

Assisting with Rostering

What We’re Looking For:

1+ year supervisor / Team leader experience (Food Production a bonus)

Food production machinery knowledge- Not essential but bonus.

Strong communication and organisational skills

Confident with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)

Experience in an FMCG environment
