Steelscene is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Kenwick, Western Australia. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our manufacturing operations and ensuring the efficient production of our high-quality light gauge steel framing and products. This full-time position will see you leading a team of skilled production workers, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

1. Supervising and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the production team to maintain workflow, quality, and safety standards.

2. Monitoring production processes, identifying and resolving issues, and implementing corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery of products.

3. Providing hands-on support and guidance to production workers, and promoting a positive, collaborative team environment.

4. Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

5. Collaborating with other departments, such as quality control and logistics, to optimise end-to-end operations.

6. Providing training and mentoring to production team members to enhance their skills

and knowledge.
