SMSGlobal is a high-growth technology company, empowering brands worldwide to communicate more effectively through SMS, voice, WhatsApp, and email. As we expand across ANZ, the UAE, and North America, we're seeking a commercially minded and hands-on Performance & Growth Marketing Manager to help us scale customer acquisition, conversion, and automation globally.
This is a full-time, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives across performance marketing, HubSpot automation, and CRO—owning the digital funnel end-to-end.
What You'll Be Doing
Plan, manage and optimise Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Display campaigns for customer acquisition across multiple geographies.
Build and execute automated lead nurture, re-engagement and onboarding workflows in HubSpot.
Use Looker Studio and analytics tools to report on campaign performance, ROAS, CAC, and conversion funnels.
Improve funnel performance through A/B testing, landing page optimisation and mobile-first best practices.
Conduct competitor and market analyses to identify new growth opportunities and refine targeting strategies.
Partner with sales and product teams to align campaigns with business goals and commercial outcomes.
Maintain and iterate automated email campaigns to convert free sign-ups into paying, recurring customers.
Lead attribution tracking across all digital channels via Google Tag Manager and UTM strategies.
What We're Looking For
3–5 years' experience in digital marketing, ideally in SaaS, telco, or B2B tech sectors.
Demonstrated success in managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) with measurable results.
Strong proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub (workflow building, sequencing, segmentation, lifecycle management).
Experience in conversion rate optimisation (CRO), including landing page testing and funnel analysis.
Data-driven mindset with hands-on knowledge of Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and tag-based tracking.
Exceptional communication, time management, and project ownership skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline required.
Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications required. Facebook Blueprint certification preferred.
