About Us: Levantine Hill Estate (LHE) is a prestigious brand known for its uncompromised quality and exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across all business units, including hospitality, events, hotel, and wine sales.
Position Overview: As the Marketing Manager, you will manage marketing activities across LHE business units. This includes setting and executing the marketing calendar, advertising, digital channels, events, and electronic communications. You will ensure that all marketing collateral is up-to-date and that LHE's luxury positioning and brand DNA are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement marketing strategy initiatives.
Manage social media, website, and digital channels.
Oversee advertising and work with external contractors.
Set and execute the annual marketing plan.
Update website content and manage external contractors.
Handle ad hoc administration requirements related to sales and brand.
Design, create, coordinate, and attend special wine events.
Manage and execute influencer marketing strategies.
Create and execute the Electronic Direct Mail marketing calendar.
Produce and print collateral and signage.
Liaise with third-party suppliers, clients, and stakeholders.
Assist in wholesale-related and brand activities.
Develop marketing strategy to build brand awareness, drive incremental revenue growth through targeted on-site activations
Drive visitation for on-site dining, cellar door and events business
Leadership Responsibilities:
Act as a brand ambassador.
Lead by example, upholding the LHE ethos, policies, and procedures.
Maintain the highest standards and attention to detail.
Administrative and Business Operations:
Manage all marketing administrative requirements.
Respond to weekly action items in a timely manner.
Maintain up-to-date marketing collateral.
Adhere to company approval processes.
Handle administrative requirements for sales and marketing activities.
Develop and maintain effective marketing reporting to support visitation strategies and opportunities for revenue growth.
Finance Responsibilities:
Manage the marketing budget and expenditure.
Ensure all marketing spends are approved and in line with the budget.
Adhere to purchasing procedures.
Complete weekly and month-end reports accurately.
Selection Criteria:
Experience in managing brand and marketing strategies with direct-to-consumer sales.
Experience with Shopify and/or website management.
Experience in event management.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience in content production and copywriting.
Experience within high-end hospitality businesses and brands.
Deep understanding of customer activation strategies.
Permanent residency status or citizenship in Australia.
