Job Title: Marketing & E-commerce Manager
Role Overview:
We're seeking a dynamic Marketing & E-commerce Manager to lead our digital strategy and hands-on execution. This role blends strategic marketing with e-commerce management, overseeing the full customer journey-from brand awareness to online conversion. You'll manage marketing campaigns, ensure brand consistency across digital touchpoints, and drive growth across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management:
Develop and manage integrated marketing calendars aligned with seasonal launches and key retail moments.
Lead and execute marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, influencer, PR) from start to finish.
Collaborate with the Art and Creative Directors to ensure consistent messaging, creative alignment, and campaign optimization.
Digital Marketing Management:
Own and optimize paid media strategy (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest) for customer acquisition and ROI.
Oversee SEO/SEM strategy to drive organic traffic growth.
Manage email marketing workflows and lifecycle campaigns using platforms like Klaviyo.
Work closely with content creators and designers to produce digital assets that resonate with our audience.
E-commerce Management:
Oversee day-to-day e-commerce site operations (Shopify or similar), including merchandising, product launches, and promotions.
Collaborate with development teams to enhance user experience and optimize conversion rates.
Monitor key e-commerce KPIs (traffic, conversion rates, AOV, etc.) and provide actionable insights for growth.
Influencer & Community Marketing:
Develop and manage influencer and brand ambassador programs to increase brand awareness and organic reach.
Build and maintain relationships with creators, stylists, and media partners.
Qualifications:
4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, or e-commerce, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or DTC retail.
Proven success in managing impactful marketing campaigns and driving digital growth.
Proficiency with tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and more.
Deep understanding of fashion industry trends and audience segmentation.
Excellent project management and collaboration skills, with a performance-driven mindset.
Bonus If You Have:
Experience in luxury fashion marketing.
Strong copywriting skills.
