Position Overview
The Marketing Manager is responsible for executing and managing marketing strategies to promote the brand, attract patients, and support the growth of Doctors & Co. This role plays a critical part in day-to-day marketing operations including campaign execution, digital marketing, content development, and performance reporting. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and other departments, the Marketing Manager ensures consistent brand messaging and helps drive patient acquisition across all clinic locations.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Execution & Coordination
Implement and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns in alignment with the overall strategy set by the Head of Marketing.
Brand Consistency
Ensure all marketing materials reflect consistent branding, tone, and visual identity across various platforms.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
Execute digital campaigns, including social media management, paid advertising (PPC), SEO, email marketing, and website updates.
Content Creation
Develop and coordinate the production of marketing content such as blog posts, newsletters, clinic brochures, social media posts, and internal communication assets.
Advertising & Promotion Support
Assist in planning and delivering advertising campaigns across digital, print, and outdoor channels.
Market & Competitor Analysis
Conduct basic research on market trends, competitors, and patient preferences to support marketing strategies.
Public Relations & Community Support
Support external communications, including preparing media releases and coordinating public-facing events or partnerships.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor campaign performance metrics and generate reports to evaluate marketing effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams (such as clinic managers, HR, and operations) to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business needs.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing role; healthcare or service industry experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, PPC, social media, email campaigns).
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and basic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools).
Experience in content writing, campaign management, and event coordination.
