XLam Wodonga is seeking a resourceful, autonomous and versatile Logistics Coordinator to join the team in a full-time capacity.

XLam is a producer of cross laminated timber and is at the forefront of this exciting new construction technology!

XLam pride themselves on their exceptional levels of accuracy in manufacturing cross laminated timber panels. The team work hard to ensure each panel is carefully crafted to avoid defects upon completion, this supports cost reduction and maximises efficiency to uphold the XLam brand.

Key Details

Full time – flexible hours (40 Hour week)

4 Day week – 4 x 10 hour days

Based in Wodonga Victoria

The Role

Strong knowledge of ERP systems - exposure to ‘Pronto’ desirable

Monitor and manage stock levels and inventory on an organisational level

Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and internal teams to coordinate shipments

Proficient use of Microsoft suite including Word, Excel and Outlook

Leadership and management of internal team members

The Successful Candidate

Extensive background in Logistics and Supply Chain Management

Knowledge across a variety of fields

Broad understanding of warehousing including inwards and outwards goods

High attention to detail

Systems and process focused

Growth mindset and room for continuous improvement
