Production Co-Ordinator

We’re seeking a proactive and process driven individual to join the dynamic operations team at our Port Macquarie facility. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be co-ordinating job scheduling, material and resource allocation, and collaborating with our internal teams to drive timely deliveries, maximise resource efficiency, and ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Co-ordinate planning and issuing work packages, monitor production activities aligned to business priorities

Control production records in SAP and execute reports

Participate in production meetings, proactively flag risks, and resolve issues promptly

Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, logistics and sales to ensure smooth operations

Contribute to safety, quality and continuously improving our ways of working

About You

You will ideally have:

2–4 years of experience in production coordination, planning, or operations roles

Strong organisational and time‑management skills, and be detail oriented

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to liaise across teams and levels within the business

High level of computer literacy. Proficiency in standard tools (e.g. Microsoft Office) and SAP
