About the Role:

Due to significant investment and growth, Pope Packaging offers an exciting and rare opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join the team. We offer a fulltime position you can put your mark on and make your own. You will be dynamic and energetic in your approach to account management with strong attention to detail and work ethic.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will work collaboratively with your peers and other members of the manufacturing team becoming a valued and an integral member of the customer service team, this role involves daily management of key customers from ordering to liaising with the various members of the Production and Scheduling teams.

Duties Include:

· Confident phone call taker

· Key customer orders

· Manage customers’ accounts

· Data entry & general filing of documents

· Set up new items and create job specifications

· Stock management & Petty Cash

· Quote / estimate

· Back up to the Purchasing Officer

· Other duties as required

· Excellent listening, communication and organizational skills

· Efficient time management

· Ability to work with a diverse group of people, cope under pressure and meet deadlines in a busy but collaborative work environment

· Proven experience within Customer Service

· Excellent communication and phone skills

· Packaging industry experience highly desirable but not essential

· Energetic and driven to succeed

· Microsoft Dynamics 365 or ERP management system experience
