Full-time Graphic Designer / Customer Service Representative

We are a small family run business, SIGNWAVE, a leading sign supplier to mid-tier and corporate businesses/organisations. Supporting clients with comprehensive solutions for all their visual communication needs.

What's it all about?

We have an excellent opportunity for a talented and motivated Graphic Designer, who would also undertake some internal customer services duties. This role is key to helping us run our business successfully. You will be required to produce quality and accurate designs for our wide range of clients. You will work directly with our Production Manager, the production and sales teams to ensure timely completion of jobs. You would also share the responsibility of answering incoming enquires to the centre with other team members. Every day will be a different and new challenge.

About you!

If you like design and think you may love signage this role could be for you. You will need to have:

Knowledge of Adobe Suite is a must, as you will be working with these programs everyday

Excellent phone manner, as you will be talking directly with clients

Bags of enthusiasm and have pride in your work.

Any signage knowledge is a great bonus but not necessary

Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage several projects and juggle responsibilities

You may on the odd occasion need to get your hands dirty so will need the ability to learn and provide some production support when required

Excellent attention to detail is an absolute must

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary working in a small professional team. Normal hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.
