Our client is a leading specialist manufacturer of FMCG packaging products, proudly supporting well-known brands across the industry. They are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Rep at their Regency Park Location

This is a Customer Service role suited for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in order management The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a manufacturing or production-based environment and systems use (notably Microsoft D365).

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Customer Orders and confirm accuracy, any changes and cancellations to both customers and relevant internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with the sales team for smooth customer service delivery.
• Engage with internal departments including sales, operations and the plant to build relationships and work with a collaborative mindset to deliver great outcomes for customers both internal and external.
• Comply with company risk and compliance policies, procedures, frameworks, and regulatory requirements.

• Customer Service – Provide timely, accurate support to customers.
• Communication – Clearly and regularly update customers and teams on orders and issues.
• Order Management – Process and track orders using ERP systems like Dynamics 365.
