We’re searching for a skilled and passionate Pizza Chef with proven experience in authentic Napoletana pizza to join our growing kitchen team.

Working with a combination of gas and wood-fire ovens, you’ll be crafting high-quality pizza with perfectly fermented dough, hand-stretched bases, and fresh, quality toppings. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their craft and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen.

🔪 What We’re Looking For:

Strong experience in traditional Napoletana pizza making

Confident operating high-temperature gas and wood-fired ovens

Solid dough knowledge, including hydration, fermentation, and shaping

High attention to detail, consistency, and cleanliness

Team player with a great work ethic and reliable availability

Able to work evenings and weekends

📅 Position Details:

30 hours per week to start, possibly increasing to 36 hours
