We are currently seeking an energetic and skilled Causal Chef to join our kitchen team. You'll be working in a fast-paced, supportive environment preparing quality meals for our bistro and events, while helping us maintain high standards in food presentation, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard

Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with food safety standards

Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff

Assist with menu prep and stock rotation

Deliver consistent food quality, even during peak service times

We are looking for:

Previous experience in a commercial kitchen (Club or Pub preferred)

Trade qualifications in Commercial Cooker (Cert III or above) desirable

Strong work ethic with a passion for food and customer service

Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as required

Team player with good communication and time-management skills
