About the role

We are seeking an experienced and talented Pizza Maker to join our vibrant team at Stoked woodfired pizza in our Currumbin Waters and Burleigh Heads stores. In this casual role, you will be responsible for crafting delicious, artisanal wood-fired pizzas.

What you'll be doing

Preparing high-quality pizza dough and sauces from scratch

Expertly hand-stretching pizza bases and topping them with fresh, seasonal ingredients

Operating our wood-fired pizza oven to achieve the perfect char and crispness on each pizza

Ensuring consistent portion sizes and presentation of all pizzas

Maintaining a clean and organised workstation

Providing excellent customer service and working collaboratively with the wider kitchen team

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 year of experience as a pizza maker or in a similar role within the hospitality & tourism industry

Strong understanding of pizza-making techniques and wood-fired oven operation

Excellent time management and multitasking skills to handle a fast-paced environment

Passion for creating high-quality, flavourful pizzas and a commitment to food safety

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work culture

Flexible and available to work casual shifts, including evenings and weekends

Ability to work at both locations
