About the role

As a Casual Chef, you will play a vital role in preparing and delivering high-quality, innovative cuisine in our acclaimed restaurant.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and cooking a range of dishes from our seasonal menu
• Ensuring all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation
• Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen environment
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
• Assisting with inventory management and stock control

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a chef, preferably within the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Passion for creating visually appealing and delicious dishes
