Available Roles

Chef

Assist the Head Chef with planning and preparing high-quality meals for restaurant and function service

Oversee kitchen operations and ensure food safety compliance

Work collaboratively with management to develop seasonal menus

Must have relevant trade qualifications and previous experience

Cook

Assist in preparing and cooking meals to a high standard

Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen

Support the Head Chef during busy service times

Kitchen Hand

General cleaning duties and dishwashing

Assist with basic food prep as required

Ensure hygiene and safety standards are upheld

Must be reliable and able to work in a team
