About the Company:

An exciting opportunity has presented for a passionate and motivated Junior Estimator looking to join one of Brisbane's most highly regarded new home building companies on the Southside of Brisbane. Specialising in upmarket residential housing typically they are renowned for their customer focus, integrity and award winning designs.

About the Position:

This is an opportunity to establish a career with one of Brisbane's premium new home builders . Full training will be provided. Responsibilities will include:

• Take offs and bill of quantities
• Scheduling
• Sales estimating and variations
• Purchasing and procurement
• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors
• Weekly site visits

What we're looking for:

Suitable candidates must demonstrate the following:

• Carpentry Trade background favorable or relevant Tertiary qualifications
• Some estimating experience highly regarded however not essential
• A willingness to learn and fantastic attitude
• Strong work ethic and team player
• Strong attention to detail
