We're looking for an experienced Estimator to join our growing team, specialising in retaining walls and landscaping projects. This role is ideal for someone who’s independent, detail-oriented, and comfortable working as a team.

About the Role:

Prepare accurate quotes for retaining walls, earthworks, and landscaping jobs

Review site plans, engineer drawings, and site photos

Communicate with clients, suppliers, and site supervisors to finalise pricing

Confidently manage your own workflow and deadlines

Assist with project variations and costings as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in estimating retaining walls, earthworks or related trades

Good understanding of materials like sandstone, concrete sleepers, steel posts, etc.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong attention to detail and ability to read plans

Clear and professional communication skills
