We’re a Brisbane-based construction company known for delivering high-quality residential projects—from new builds to bathroom renovations and home extensions. With a steady stream of website enquiries, we’re expanding and looking for a motivated and confident Estimator / Sales Consultant to join our team.

The Role
This is a dynamic, on-the-go position where you’ll be out on the road meeting potential clients who have requested free quotes through our website. Your day will be a mix of site visits and in-office time at our Mount Gravatt location to complete follow-up and admin tasks.

You'll be the face of our company, responsible for building trust, assessing project requirements, taking detailed notes, and ultimately selling our services to clients.

We are looking for someone to start in mid-September.

What You'll Be Doing

Visiting clients across Brisbane to assess project needs

Estimating works and providing detailed site notes

Communicating our process and services confidently

Completing admin work before or after site visits

Representing the business in a professional and friendly manner

What You’ll Bring

Confidence in speaking with clients and a natural sales mindset

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask while talking to clients

Basic to expert-level computer skills (email, estimating tools, documentation)

Sound knowledge or experience in residential construction (preferred)

A valid driver’s licence and willingness to drive across Brisbane
