We are looking for an Estimator to join our team based in Beenleigh. This is a hands-on role quoting residential scaffolding and height safety jobs for builders across South-East Queensland.

You will work closely with clients, drafting, dispatch and operations. Your focus will be on accuracy, clear communication and balancing priorities in a fast-moving environment. You will be backed by a supportive team that wants you to succeed and gives you the space to get the job done properly.

We are ideally looking for someone with estimating or construction experience. However, we are also open to someone a little less experienced who has the right mindset, is eager to learn and ready to grow into the role with support.

What your week will look like

· Prepare accurate quotes based on builder requests, scaffold plans and gear lists

· Confirm job details and scope with builders and clients

· Coordinate with our drafters and dispatch to ensure alignment across teams

· Follow up on quotes and variations in collaboration with the Business Development Manager

· Handle re-quotes, changes and maintain clear documentation

· Manage multiple quoting priorities in a deadline-driven environment

What we are looking for

· Experience in estimating, scaffolding, construction or quoting preferred but not required

· Strong communication skills and ability to manage your own workload

· Attention to detail and a focus on getting things right the first time

· Comfortable speaking with clients and following up where needed

· Willingness to learn new systems and take feedback constructively

· Team-oriented approach with a strong work ethic
