Checking drawings and engineering so what’s sold is actually buildable.

Leading and mentoring a small team of junior estimators and drafters — shaping them into the kind of detail-driven crew you can rely on.

Working with sales, design, construction, and procurement to keep deals moving and margins healthy.

Sorting the tricky stuff — RFIs, covenant quirks, NCC compliance, council requirements — before they become site headaches.

This is for you if you:

Have volume building experience in a sales/pre-contract estimating role.

Can read a set of plans and instantly spot what’s missing or going to blow the budget.

Know your way around NCC, council regs, and covenants.

Can juggle deadlines without dropping the detail.
